Refunds. Unless stated otherwise in a written order or service agreement, fees for delivered professional services are non-refundable. Prepaid subscription fees can be refunded pro-rata for the unused period if you cancel within 14 days from the initial purchase or renewal date, provided no material breach of these Terms occurred.
How to request. Email [email protected] with proof of payment and a brief reason. We will review within 14 calendar days.
Exclusions. Custom development, consulting time, third-party pass-through costs, and one-off setup fees are not refundable once work commences or access is provided.
Chargebacks & complaints. Contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve a complaint within 30 days, the dispute proceeds under Section 14 (Dispute Resolution).
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. STAR456 LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
